Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Last updated: September 2026

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING DENSO DECODER.

BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, LOGGING IN, UPLOADING FILES, OR USING THE DENSO DECODER SOFTWARE APPLICATION AND WEBSITE (THE "SOFTWARE" OR "SERVICE"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

1. Trademark & Absolute Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

Independent Tool: The Software is named "Denso Decoder" strictly as a descriptive indicator of its technical capability to process specific engine control units (ECUs). This Software is an entirely independent aftermarket platform and is NOT affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, endorsed, or connected to DENSO Corporation, Toyota Motor Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries.

Trademarks: "DENSO" is a registered trademark of DENSO Corporation. The developers make no claim of ownership over the DENSO trademark or any other vehicle manufacturer trademarks listed within this application. All brand names, logos, and ECU models are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for compatibility identification.

2. "As-Is" Warranty & Hardware Damage Waiver

Operational Risks: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Reading, modifying, or flashing ECU software carries inherent technical risks, including total electronic failure ("bricking"), mechanical damage, or vehicle malfunction.

Limitation of Liability: The developers and owners of Denso Decoder shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, hardware damage, engine damage, financial loss, shop downtime, labor costs, or personal injury resulting from the use or misuse of processed files. The end-user assumes 100% of all mechanical and operational risks.

Diagnostic Responsibility: The software functions as an automated patching assistant. The user remains solely responsible for verifying vehicle diagnostics, physical battery voltage, tool wiring, and file integrity before flashing any binary file back to an ECU.

3. Emissions & Regional Legal Compliance

Off-Road / Competition Use Only: Modifying, disabling, or bypassing vehicle emissions control systems—including EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), and AdBlue/SCR systems—is strictly regulated. Modified software files generated by this tool are intended exclusively for off-road racing, closed-course competition, or educational research purposes.

User Compliance: It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure compliance with all national, federal, state, and local environmental and road traffic laws regarding vehicle emissions and modifications.

4. Account Security, Single-User License & Intellectual Property

Single-User Access: Account credentials and access privileges are strictly non-transferable. Each account is licensed to a single active user session.

Account Sharing & Unauthorized Access: Sharing login details, utilizing automated proxies to distribute access, running unauthorized multi-session logins, or reselling platform access is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate, permanent account termination without refund.

Anti-Reverse Engineering & IP Protection: All underlying patching logic, database structures, map manipulation routines, and server-side algorithms are the sole intellectual property of the developer. Users are strictly prohibited from scraping, capturing API payloads, decompiling, analyzing backend HTTP traffic, or using automated scripts to extract or replicate the platform's core code or patching mechanisms.

5. Beta Phase, Service Availability & Fees

Beta Phase Notice: During the BETA phase, access may be provided free of charge for testing and refinement. The developer does not guarantee 100% continuous server uptime, error-free automated detection, or instant processing times.

Policy & Pricing Changes: The developer reserves the right to modify system features, token structures, subscription fees (e.g., transition to paid monthly plans), and available ECU modules at any time upon notice or transition to full commercial launch.

Digital Goods Policy: Once paid services or token balances are active, payments cover digital automated processing execution. All token purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable once a file processing request has been initiated by the user.

6. Termination

The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate account access immediately, without prior notice, if any user breaches these terms, engages in reverse-engineering attempts, or abuses platform resources.
